Now, a Sunday roast is my thing. It's the most fussiest thing I care about. In fact I would say it would be my last ever go to meal so it has to be bang on. We tried the Aubrey for the first time today not knowing what to expect, just went on pure recommendation. We were greeted at the door with friendly staff who sat us at our table and offered drinks. The waitress then went on to explain that we would be called ready to get our food (if you can't tell already it was carvery). Not long after we were called to go get our food. I must say the selection was superb, the servers behind the counter again very friendly and portions were great!!! The food tasted really really good!!!! The gravy had bags of flavour and as much as you like. We decided to go for a dessert too, a cheeky brownie with ice-cream which also tasted great. We finished up, paid the bill when my daughter decided to go to the toilet, long story short, she was taking ages, one of the staff members could see I had been waiting outside for a while so offered to see if she was okay. In a nutshell we will 100% be back, food was amazing and the staff so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

First time visiting the Aubrey arms with a family of 5. The carvery was outstanding, the portions for the gammon were more than adequate. Friendly service and reasonably priced...desserts were excellent, overall a fantastic place to eat and well worth the price. Will be going here again.

We've recently been here as a party of 6 friends, we all had really really good food with big portions. I had the curry, which was really nice but could have a bit more flavour to it. The service was great, and it was really busy. I must mention the apple pie, omg, have it. So so good. I'd go back just for that. Some of us were able to take food home too, which is a bonus! Lovely staff and location.

Outstanding quality Christmas dinner, the duck intermediate course is particularly worth a mention. Well spaced courses with no rush at all, would highly recommend. Had to have desserts to take away as couldn’t eat another thing! Thank you

Me my partner and a few family members came here for food today, the portions were huge and everything was cooked fresh and you could tell it was home made! Everything came out extremely quick and boiling hot! The staff were extremely polite and friendly and provided extremely good service.
